Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

1. Definitions

Gestor 3D is the digital subscription platform created to support 3D printing businesses with part pricing, order management, inventory, costs, finances, reports and operational records.

User is the individual or legal entity that creates an account, accesses the platform or uses any feature of Gestor 3D.

User data is the information registered or generated while using the platform, including account data, orders, products, filaments, materials, printers, costs, reports and financial records entered by the user themselves.

2. Use of the platform

Gestor 3D provides tools to support management and decision-making. The calculations displayed depend directly on the information registered by the user, such as material cost, printing time, energy, maintenance, fees, margin and other parameters.

The user is responsible for reviewing the figures before selling products, issuing charges, publishing prices or making business decisions. The platform does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal or financial advice.

It is forbidden to use Gestor 3D for activities that are illegal, fraudulent or abusive, that infringe the rights of third parties or that may compromise the security, availability or integrity of the platform.

3. Account, authentication and security

The user must provide accurate information, keep their data up to date and protect their access credentials. Any activity carried out from the account may be attributed to the account holder, unless a failure of the platform is proven.

Gestor 3D may apply security mechanisms such as session authentication, secure cookies, origin validation, CSRF protection, request limits, technical logs and preventive blocks against abuse.

The platform never asks for a password outside its official channels. If unauthorised access is suspected, the user must change their password and contact support.

4. Subscription, plans and billing

Access to certain features may depend on an active subscription. Plans, prices, benefits and limitations may be displayed on the platform itself and changed as the product evolves.

Billing may be processed by external providers, such as Stripe. When starting a subscription, the user will also be subject to the terms, policies and rules of the payment provider used.

Cancellations, payment failures, refunds and plan changes follow the conditions presented at checkout, in the billing portal or through the platform's official channels.

5. Affiliate program

Where available, the affiliate program allows partners to refer new users through referral codes or links. Commissions are calculated according to the rules in force for the plan purchased by the referred user.

Participation in the program may be refused, suspended or terminated in the event of fraud, abuse, false information, misuse of the brand or any attempt to manipulate the attribution rules.

Tax, accounting and fiscal obligations arising from commissions received are the responsibility of the affiliate, unless a legal or contractual provision states otherwise.

6. Limitations and liability

Gestor 3D seeks to keep the platform available, secure and accurate, but does not guarantee that the results are suitable for every commercial, tax, logistical or operational scenario.

The user is responsible for validating costs, taxes, marketplace fees, shipping, packaging, production losses, warranties and other external factors before setting final prices.

The platform is not liable for losses arising from incorrect data entered by the user, improper use of the tools, unavailability of third parties, the user's own business decisions or unfulfilled tax obligations.

7. Market research extension

The Gestor 3D extension analyses public information displayed on the pages of compatible marketplaces to support research into demand, price and margin. Access depends on an eligible subscription and on the extension's own authentication.

Titles, descriptions, images, prices, keywords and public indicators of the listings are read and processed locally in the browser. This information and the listing URLs are not sent to the Gestor 3D backend.

Scores, margins, demand and comparisons are estimates based on the public data available and on the fees configured by the user. They do not guarantee sales, profit or performance and must be checked before any business decision.

The availability and accuracy of the reading depend on the information and the technical structure provided by the marketplace, which may change without notice. Gestor 3D is an independent tool and has no affiliation with, sponsorship from or endorsement by Shopee.

8. Updates to the terms

These Terms of Use may be updated to reflect legal, operational, commercial or security changes. When there is a relevant change, users may be notified by email, through the platform dashboard or through another official channel.

Continued use of the platform after the update indicates awareness of and agreement with the new version, subject to the rights provided for by law.

1. Data we may collect

• Registration data, such as name, email, encrypted password, account preferences and subscribed plan.
• Authentication, session and security data, IP address, browser, device, and date and time of access.
• Operational data entered by the user, such as products, orders, materials, filaments, printers, costs, inventory, income, expenses and reports.
• Payment and subscription data processed by external providers, limited to the information needed to activate, maintain or cancel access.
• Support, customer service and communication data voluntarily sent by the user.

2. Purposes of processing

• Creating and protecting the user's account.
• Providing the subscribed features, including pricing, inventory, orders, finances, reports and subscription.
• Processing payments, confirming an active subscription and managing plans.
• Preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, security failures and use incompatible with these terms.
• Improving the stability, performance, usability and quality of the platform.
• Using the email address to create custom audiences and lookalike audiences on advertising platforms, for the purpose of promoting Gestor 3D and reaching potential customers with a profile similar to the current audience.
• Complying with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations or orders from competent authorities.

3. Data sharing

• Infrastructure, hosting, database, email, monitoring, security and technical support providers.
• Payment and subscription providers, where necessary for billing, cancellation, plan confirmation or fraud prevention.
• Advertising platforms, such as Meta, to create custom and lookalike audiences. Identifiers may be transformed using hashing techniques during transmission, according to the features made available by the advertising platform.
• Public authorities, where there is a legal obligation, a valid order or a need to defend rights.
• Partners that are strictly necessary to operate subscribed features, always limited to the applicable purpose.

4. Advertising and lookalike audiences

• Gestor 3D may use the registered email address to create custom or lookalike audiences on advertising platforms, such as Meta. These platforms use the identifier to try to find matching accounts and build audiences for advertising campaigns. Gestor 3D does not receive from the platform individual confirmation of which users were matched. Processing will be limited to the data necessary for this purpose and will comply with applicable law.

5. Data subject rights

• Confirming whether personal data is being processed.
• Requesting access to, correction, updating or deletion of data, where applicable.
• Requesting portability, anonymisation, blocking or erasure of data that is unnecessary, excessive or processed in breach of the LGPD.
• Withdrawing consent, where that is the applicable legal basis.
• Requesting information about sharing and processing criteria.

6. Retention and deletion

• Data is kept for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and for security, auditing, fraud prevention and the regular exercise of rights.
• Deleting data may limit or prevent access to history, reports, calculations, orders, inventory and other features associated with the account.
• Backups may retain data for an additional period, with restricted access and for the purposes of continuity, security and operational recovery.

7. Security

• We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data, including access control, password encryption, per-user isolation, security validations, technical logs and protection against improper requests.
• No system is absolutely immune to failures. If we identify a relevant incident involving personal data, we will take the appropriate measures in accordance with applicable law.

8. Privacy in the market research extension

• The extension only accesses compatible Shopee Brasil pages and the official Gestor 3D API, according to the permissions shown by the browser at the time of installation.
• The public content of the listings, including title, description, image, price, keywords, displayed sales and URL, is processed locally in the browser and is not sent to the Gestor 3D backend.
• To authenticate and confirm the right of access, the extension sends the email and password directly to the Gestor 3D API over an HTTPS connection. The password is not stored by the extension.
• The API returns only the data needed for the extension to work: name, effective plan, configured Shopee fees and session tokens used exclusively for authentication.
• The access token remains in the browser's temporary session storage. The refresh token is kept in the extension's protected local storage, is rotated on renewal and may be revoked on logout, on expiry or when the account's security settings change.
• The extension does not access general browsing history, Shopee cookies, payment data, personal messages or the content of pages outside the domains declared in its permissions.
• The extension does not use advertising, behavioural tracking or usage analytics tools and does not transmit the content of the listings to third parties.

9. Limited Use of extension data

• Data received or accessed by the extension is used exclusively to authenticate the subscriber, verify their right of access and provide the market analyses requested by the user themselves.
• Credentials, session tokens, account information and content accessed on Shopee pages by the extension are not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for personalised advertising, retargeting, audience creation, credit assessment or any purpose incompatible with the function of the extension.
• The use and transfer of information received by the extension comply with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• There is no human access to the content processed by the extension, as this content remains in the browser. Authentication data held on the server may only be accessed when necessary for security, support requested by the user, compliance with a legal obligation or the defence of rights.

10. Retention, control and deletion in the extension

• Titles, descriptions, images, prices, keywords, displayed sales, URLs, results and comparisons of listings are not stored by the extension or by the Gestor 3D backend.
• The access token is deleted when the browser session ends. The refresh token and the subscriber's minimal data remain in the extension's local storage only for as long as necessary to maintain the session.
• When signing out of the extension, the tokens and local session data are removed and revocation of the corresponding session is requested from the server. Uninstalling also removes the data stored locally by the browser.
• The session may be revoked automatically on expiry, when the subscription ends or when the account's security settings change. Further requests for access or deletion may be sent to the support channel given on this page.
